Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, and arched attic vent window in front facing gable. One over one double hung windows. One story front porch with rounded corner section, with square wood columns and low-pitched shed roof. One interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation, stuccoed. Irregular plan. (C)
