Craftsman, (c. 1915). One story frame with brick veneer wall covering. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, rafter tails, louvered wood attic vent. Double hung windows with six light Prairie patterned upper sash over single light lower sash. One story one-half front porch with jerkin head roof, shaped cornice, square brick columns with brick balustrade, tongue and groove floor, bead board ceiling, and applied half timbering in front gable. Brick foundation. Rectangular floor plan. Original eight light front entry door. (C)
