This is a grand and spacious 8 bedroom and 6 bath second row home in Sea Pines with a heatable pool* and spa* and two living room areas, a sitting area, a sun room and one of the largest kitchens on Hilton Head Island. The main floor, upstairs, is huge and has an attractive antique heart of pine floor throughout. The living area has a matching couch and love seat oriented to the decorative brick fireplace. The living room columns mark the entrance to the sun room area with two sides of windows overlooking the pool and the whole length of this large home. Here you will find a striped sofa and matching love seat, an overstuffed chair, decorative armoire, coffee and end tables. The open dining area offers a fabulous wood dining room table capable of seating twelve. The trey ceiling and dimmer lights with the massive china cabinet sets the mood for special family dinners and many special occasions you might be planning.

The kitchen offers it all. If this becomes the favorite gathering place, it will be easy to see why. Here you will find a huge peninsula with nine breakfast bar stools so the cooks will always be the center of attention. The kitchen offers a five burner gas Bosch stove, two ovens, two dishwashers, a 47" Viking side by side refrigerator and freezer, microwave, wine cooler and ice machine. And then, this very open kitchen area extends out to the family room, complete with a sleeper sofa with matching chair, armoire with TV and DVD, and a chest of drawers. There is a corner glass table and four chairs perfect for card playing situated along two sets of sliding glass doors, which open up onto a narrow balcony overlooking the grounds. Off the kitchen is a full bath with shower.

The first bedroom of this top floor offers a master bedroom with a king four-poster bed, and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony over-looking the pool. Accessed by six steps, this bedroom has a decorative brick fireplace and a TV with DVD and VCR. At the bottom of the stairs is a bath with a combination shower and tub. Doors at the top of the six steps and the entrance to the bath allow the bedroom to remain private and/or the bath to be accessed by other guests. The next bedroom offers two twin beds and a day bed with a pullout trundle bed along with an armoire with a TV, DVD and VCR. The third and final bedroom on this floor has a massive king bed with a matching armoire that contains a TV with VCR, end tables and a mirrored chest. A sliding glass door provides access to a private deck overlooking the grounds. A large private bath offers his and her separate sinks and a large shower, all under a cathedral ceiling.

Descending an arched staircase brings you to the ground level. Here you will be amazed to discover another comfortable living area with a sofa, oversized chair, decorative brick fireplace and a flat screened TV. Walk out the sliding glass doors and you are at the walled courtyard and pool*and spa*. Also available in this living area is a bumper pool table and armoire with a TV with a 360 system an X Box with several games.

As a real bonus, there is a wet bar area with two side by side mini refrigerators. This could be used as the drink dispensing area for get-togethers as well as the place to quickly get a cold one while relaxing at the pool. Additionally offered is a microwave. Down the hall is a laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer along with an additional refrigerator.

There are five bedrooms on this floor. The first is a master with king bed and private bath with shower. A matching chest has a TV, DVD and VCR. The second master bedroom also has a king bed, armoire containing a TV, DVD, VCR and private bath. The third bedroom will be great for the kids and cousins for here you will find two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four children).

The fourth bedroom on this floor offers two queen beds and chest of drawers with a TV. Sliding glass doors offer direct access to the pool area. The fifth bedroom offers two twin beds with a small wall mounted TV and a sliding glass door out to the pool area. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a hall bath with a combination shower and tub.



The picturesque pool area is very inviting for the pool* and spa* offer a lot of sun and privacy and is framed by tropical palm trees. Providing a little respite from the sun are two sets of matching tables and chairs under the canopy of the floor above. Also offered are multiple reclining chairs. For the outdoor BBQ enthusiast you will find a built in brick charcoal grill and a gas grill. Should you need further cooling off, you will find overhead fans, and if you need a little more entertainment, there is a small outdoor TVand an Ipod/MP3 system with speakers are located around the pool area. Also available are two separate outdoor showers.

As mentioned, this is a second row home, and as such, your toes are in the sand at the beach just a minute plus walk away.
