After ascending the brick stairs to the first floor you are about to enter a vacation dream home possibly unlike any you may have experienced before.



Upon entering, you are drawn into the great-room by the captivating view of ocean, beach and sky. Massive windows provide the breathtaking views seen throughout the living, dining areas and kitchen. A beautiful stone floor is complimented by high ceilings, intricate crown moldings, and a stunning gracefully winding staircase.



The step-down living area with a decorative marble fireplace framed by columns and a white mantle is made all the more striking by the beveled mirror reaching to the ceiling. The armoire entertainment center with its TV, DVD, VCR and digital sound system is perfectly positioned for your viewing pleasure with a rich fabric couch, loveseat surrounding it all sitting on a sisal rug. Interesting accents, unique items reflecting the decorator touches are perhaps best exemplified by the 12' palm tree !



The dining area with a massive wood table and generous seating for six is next to two walls of windows offering captivating views of the beach, ocean and pool. The kitchen is everything you could hope it would be. Ocean views from anywhere you stand in the kitchen is exciting but also add beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a built-in wine cooler, center island cook top, ample granite counter space and striking hanging lighting that makes this a kitchen worth remembering.



The first floor bedroom offers a beautiful four-poster queen bed, palm prints, marble toped chest with TV, DVD and a private entrance into a full bath with shower that can also be hall accessed. Completing the first floor is the laundry room.



On the second floor is the oceanfront master bedroom with a leather and wood king sleigh bed, huge, intricately carved armoire with TV, palm prints, and small sitting area that has a twin size sleeper chair. Large windows provide stunning views, but for a closer look step out onto your private balcony with table and chairs for a simply awesome view of the waves rising toward you. The master bath is huge with a large deep step-up spa tub right next to the picture window overlooking the ocean. A separate marble, tile and glass shower and spacious dual vanity are part of this incredible bath area. The third bedroom is exquisitely decorated in tropical, palms and floral motifs, offers a queen bed, TV and beautiful stone and granite private bath. The fourth bedroom also offers an exquisitely decorated room in tropical, palms and floral motifs, there are two queen beds in this room along with a TV and DVD player. This bedroom also offers a beautiful stone and granite private bath.



The third floor offers yet another oceanfront master bedroom with a queen sleigh bed, decorative fireplace, overhead built in TV, sitting area that includes a twin sleeper chair and private balcony allowing you to see for miles in any direction. The master bath here too is incredible not only because it is spacious, (large enough to warrant an oriental area rug) but it too offers a deep oversized spa tub and beautiful stone shower with two showerheads and a dual vanity. The sixth bedroom offers two double beds, a TV, small balcony with views of the salt marsh and private full bath.



Outside you will be able to relax and enjoy your place in the sun in or by your heated, 24' x 10' pool*. Also available are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and grill as well as several beach chairs and outdoor shower. Walk a few more steps and you're at the beach. What more could anyone want than a magnificent home like this on the ocean. By the way, downstairs in the garage are two small putting greens for those who want to play a little more. There is also a ping pong table located in the garage.
