Queen Anne Cottage with Neoclassical influence, (c.1900). One and one-half story frame with vinyl siding wall covering. Modified hip roof with lower cross gables and dormers, flat surface at top of peak that may have been widow's walk, asphalt shingle roof covering. Front dormer window has molded frame with keystone. One over one double hung windows with multi-pane casement windows in dormers and gables. One story three-quarter front porch with front gable on hip roof, round engaged pilasters and posts with Corinthian capitals, brick piers with concrete coping, shaped wooden spindles, bead board ceiling and tongue and groove floor, dentils on cornice. Two brick chimneys, one exterior side and one interior offset. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bays on front and side elevations. Sidelights at front entry of Art Nouveau design. (C)
