The moment you walk through the double wooden doors into the two story great room, you feel that you have entered into a great vacation home. Leather sofas and a game table face the two-story, wood-burning fireplace.

The dining area has a henrondon table with seating for eight. Attached to the dining room is a lovely screened-in porch with a marble table and seating for six. A spacious rear deck with attractive patio furniture faces the pool and a lovely tranquil lagoon alive with heron and egrets.

The kitchen is newly remodeled and truly a gourmet's delight, complete with a wet bar and granite countertops. A separate first floor laundry room is accessible from the porch.

Two bedrooms-a spacious master suite and guest room are on the first floor. The master bath-newly remodeled is equipped with a make-up area, custom body spa shower and a Kohler hydrojet tub. The guest bath is also newly remodeled. Both bedrooms have spacious king-sized beds and generous closet space.

On the second floor, a huge loft overlooks the great room. The loft has a large seating area, complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and foosball table. There is also a full bath on the second floor, and a separate bedroom off of the loft with two full beds and a twin bed.

There are five televisions in the home, one in each bedroom, the great room, and the loft. Telephones are on both floors, and a separate DSL line has been installed on the first floor.

A stunning third row home, the house is located only a short private walk from the beach and ocean. This is one not to be missed.
