32nd St from Penn/Smallman

Category: Contra-flow accommodations needed (one-way streets problematic for bikes)

32nd is one of the best ways to get to the Liberty Ave Bike lanes for eastbound cyclists, but it is one way from Liberty to Penn. other options include 34th(hilly) and 31st (confusing traffic patterns and a bridge). A contra-flow lane here would also need a traffic signal to provide a protected left turn phase onto Liberty

(Added by another user: a signal at Liberty would be a good idea just in general, given all the buses and other traffic that transition from Liberty to Penn on 32nd anyway...)
