This 3BR/2.5BA Sea Pines home, with heated* pool, is in a very private setting and offers all new designer furnishings. The cathedral ceiling family room is spacious and comfortable with a sleeper sofa, love seat, fireplace, and a 42 inch flat screen TV with VCR. Two sets of sliders lead you to a very private deck with spa tub. From this upper deck, step down to the pool.



The dining room is surrounded by windows for a great open effect and offers seating for 8. The large kitchen with skylight and hardwood floors has a breakfast bar with stools and a breakfast table that seats 4.



The carpeted master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, TV and sliders to the deck. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with TVand the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with TV. These two bedrooms share a bath. Also offered is a half bath and laundry room.



The heated pool* and deck, along with the spa on the upper deck, will really contribute to making this a great vacation experience.



The community recreation area provides a pool, tennisand basketball courts and large children's playground.



* Pool and Spa heat at an additional charge, two week notice needed. Pool heated upon request during April to October. Pool will heat only to outside temperature. Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
