35N near Forest Lake

"Yesterday my husband hit a chunk of cement coming out of the road from the left lane on 35N, North of the 97 Exit and South of the Forest Lake Exit, blew out both tires on the drivers side. Which then jerked him in to the next lane. He was very lucky he had no cars alongside or directly behind him. A guy named Jim helped him to get to Tires Plus to put tires on so he could drive home. Found out another lady had hit the same chunk of cement about an hour ahead of him and was having a tire replaced at Tires Plus too. Look out for that one. I wonder how many others suffered the same outcome."
