I close my eyes and often play pretend but sometimes I leave them open and play too. I often find myself covered in paint, glue, and rusty nails. I worship at the alter of thrift stores everywhere and will dig threw your trash to find all its treasures. We throw away so much that seen through another pair of eyes is magic. All these treasures of dying dreams and memories weeping of hearts broken because they have been forgotten, touch them and you can hear them whisper their story. Place them in art and they scream those stories shaking the frames that hold them in. I am drunk on love so often I find myself waking up with a hangover all blurry eyed and pounding heart, I will never be satiated with enough sugar or gore. I make boxes for the spell of dreaming to be told.
