This is a beautiful totally renovated 3 BR 3 BA home with a great pool which is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. New furniture and décor, new kitchen, new outdoor furniture and grill, newly painted, all add up to a new, exciting home. The back yard is completely fenced in and, with this home being pet friendly (dogs only) it means more fun for the furry member of the family.

Upon entering through the main entrance you are greeted by a beautiful large, saturnia tile floor. Your eyes will quickly move through the large great room to the wall of windows overlooking the new pool. The spacious great room includes the living and dining area along with the beautiful kitchen. The living area has a decorative white brick fireplace; two massive couches, one situated toward the fireplace and a flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player and the other oriented towards the pool. This area also offers two decorative overhead fans, a iPod charger and stereo, iPod and a marble topped table. In front of each couch is a coffee table and in one case a large overstuffed chair.

The dining area offers a high wood table that seats six all beneath an elegant chandelier. The exciting new kitchen with the same stunning tile floors has been completely renovated with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with four chairs, new all black appliances and beautiful wood cabinets with sleek black handles. Throughout this inviting, homey and comfortable great room are multiple beach and ocean paintings, stacked prints of shells, a royal print of our native dwelling great gray heron, and other boat and dock photos. All of this culminates in a wonderful feeling of beach elegance and luxury. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with side by side washer and dryer.

The master bedroom, located at the end of a hall, is really special with its cathedral ceiling and windows and glass door overlooking the pool as well as a roofed patio with overhead fan. Inside is a stately king bed with matching end tables, silver lamps and chest. A stunning leather circular mirror adds a unique dimension to the room along with various artistic photos. Mounted on the wall over the windows that look out on to the pool is a flat screen TV. The private master bath with the same beautiful large saturnia stone tile found in the great room, offers a large soaking tub, granite counter top with his and her sinks and a large shower with two shower heads and a bench.

The second bedroom offers a British West Indies wicker and dark wood queen bed. A matching beautiful tall chest with a flat screen TV, table, two cushioned chairs and shell print bedspread and cushions add to the subtly exotic ambiance of this bedroom. The hall bath that services this bedroom has a pedestal sink and combination shower and tub.

In the third bedroom, you will find a striking queen sleigh bed, two matching chests of drawers of different heights, a wall mounted flat screen TV and various tropical prints on the wall. The private bath offers two sinks and a shower.

Outside is the great "L" shaped family pool offering a wide first step for attended toddlers to sit and play. Within the fenced in backyard are various pool lounge chairs and table with 8 chairs as well as a gas grill for dining al fresco. This home will be a delightful vacation home for family and friends.
