4 bicycle accidents in 2010

in 2010 I have known of 4 bicycle crashes due to the shoulder not propery paved which is basically two different layers exist on both sides of the shoulder that have a lip or a different pavement element with the shoulder width. When the road was repaved many years ago the repaved portion did not go all the way to the edge of the old pavement. This issue exist from 1604 to E. Evans Rd and on E. Evans Rd going west to Bulverde.
