The home has three floors above the 2 garages with the main living area on the first level. A great room encompassing the kitchen, living room and dining area are located in the front section of the house. The custom kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Tiled marble floors give off that cool summer feeling beneath your feet. The round dining table seats 8 comfortably with an additional 2 chairs for more. Perfect for family games! The kitchen countertop bar has seating for 5 more. There is a large window in the dining area that gives a view of the swimming pool, spa and sundeck. A gas grill is also in this area for great outdoor bar-b-ques! Down the hall is a powder room, laundry room with full capacity washer and dryer and the first of the master bedrooms. With a king size bed and a private bath, you'll feel delightfully pampered! There are his and her sinks, a whirlpool bath and separate shower.

On to the second floor by the wide staircase and you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms on this level. Another king size bed, private bath with his and her sinks, whirlpool tub and separate shower, a room with queen and a room with 2 doubles, both with their own private baths. Multiple balconies give privacy, a great place to read and be alone or a place to watch the stars with someone special.

The third level has a wonderful children's room done in bright colors with a whimsical flair. In this room are 2 doubles and a twin with a trundle. The children's room has a private bath with a large shower (no tub). All of the bedrooms have TV's, DVD and VHS players. You'll also find a bonus room with hard wood floors at the front of this home on the third floor. A great room with a 42" flat screen plasma TV, a sitting area with 2 queen size sleeper sofas, a desk with Internet access, a kitchen with a small refrigerator and dishwasher, a microwave and separate icemaker. There is also a half bath in this room. Views of the ocean, marsh, pool and spa from the balcony are best from this level. So gather the family for movie night and enjoy!
