Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, sawn wood attic vent with sawn ornamentation in front gable. One over one double hung and one stained glass cottage window. One story full front porch and a side entry portico. Front porch has metal modem columns and balustrade, clay tile floor. Offset ulterior central stuccoed chimney. Stuccoed foundation.
