I live on the LES, and my favorite place to chill is on my block, D-block. I just chill in front of my building with all my friends and have fun, talk, joke around. I also play ball in my basketball court or I go playfootball at the East River Drive. The LES is where everybody chill at or at least chilled there when they was younger. The LES is kind of peaceful, alot of noise and a couple of fights but other than that its a nice environment.
