Talk about the ideal house for multiple families and you are talking about 70 N. Sea Pines Drive. With 6 bedrooms, including a bonus room with built in child size bunks, 4.5 baths, multiple rooms and levels, a private, walled courtyard with a large pool and the Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short walk away with a restaurant, tiki hut, restrooms, and playground, not to mention the beautiful beach, what else do you need. Located on the 1st fairway of the Sea Pines Ocean Golf Course and 5th row from the ocean, this home also features a large shady and serene back yard for afternoon naps or just watching golf and comfortable living space for everyone. A bonus is the Owner's original artwork on most of the walls.

Upon entering the front gate to the private courtyard housing a large pool are chairs, loungers, tables and stereo speakers for the ultimate pool party and picnic area. Straight ahead you enter the 2 story spacious and airy living area. A sunny Carolina room with two walls of windows is attached to the dining area with charming white wicker furniture and a white shell motif and a wet bar with a sink. There is also access to the patio from this room.

A tiled king master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a private bath offering separate shower and bath. Decorated in peaches and blues, this bedroom has a sliding door to the pool area and a TV and CD stereo. The downstairs twin bedroom has a private patio through sliding doors, a decorative fireplace, and TV. It shares a full bathroom with the living area.

Up the exposed stairs are 3 more bedrooms. On one side there is another king master which has a private balcony to watch golf or drink morning coffee, hardwood floors, and a separate dressing area with a private bath, shower only. One the other side there is a queen bedroom which also has a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The third bedroom upstairs has twins bed. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower only.

Back on the 1st floor, down a tiled hallway with a door to the service yard and a door to the courtyard, is the left wing or "teen hangout". A sleeper sofa, another sofa, chairs, a large TV/DVD player, and a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and sink make this comfy room perfect for movies or games. Upstairs in this wing is a queen bedroom with hardwood floors and a small private balcony overlooking the pool area and courtyard. A very small bonus room has built-in children bunk beds and a hallway full bath serves both bedrooms.
