Craftsman with Prairie influence, (c.1920). Two story painted brick apartment building (originally single family house) with flat roof with bead board soffits. One over one double hung replacement windows with three over one double hung windows over recessed entry. Two story unroofed front porch, two-thirds, with brick columns and pilasters, and one and one-half story side porch with stone columns and pilasters and interior staircase to second floor glassed in porch. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Second story glass in side porch as wood column capitals and inset glass panes in visual extension of column. (C)
