Mediterranean Revival, (c.1920). Three story brick apartment building with flat stepped back roof. Brackets on front eave. Six over one windows with brick lintels with cast concrete keystones and corner stones. Recessed front portico with balconies above with bead board ceilings. Openings on first floor are arched and on second and third floors are flat, with stone door corner blocks on first floor and concrete sills, keystones and corner stones on second and third stories. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Four light transom and sixteen light sidelights over sixteen light doors at all floors. (C)
