Where Richard and Virginia Shay Biggins and family lived in Edison Park from 1948. An addition was built in 1954 for Richard's parents, Leslie and Emily Foy Biggins. Leslie Biggins died here in 1959. Emily stayed until 1966, when she moved to Milwaukee to be near her daughter Kathleen Biggins Coverdale.
