Every morning I come to this corner on my bicycle and know that school is only a few blocks away but I also face the bumpiest few blocks of my entire morning ride!

This corner is my special place in the school neighborhood that could help someone relate to my life because I ride my bicycle to school everyday. Riding my bike is a big part of my life. I listen to podcasts while I ride and I also listen to the sounds of the city waking up each day. I leave my house around 6:30am and get to school around 7am. It is both a peaceful part of my day and the time that I wake up and get ready for the day's activities. When I get to this corner and turn onto 76th Street, I am really close to school and my thinking starts to focus clearly on the day ahead.
