78th St W near West Bush Lake Rd. in Edina/Mpls area.

Also, I have a question as to why this area (small 30 ft section) was not paved last year with the rest of the road. It has sunken in LITERALLY in one part, then patched and it is awful for cars, even worse for commuting by bike. And its one of the busiest roads in Edina during the morning and evening commute.
