Queen Anne Cottage, (c.1890). One story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, square turret with bellcast hip roof and weather vane. Two over two double hung windows. One story one-half front porch with chamfered wood columns altered to posts, brick piers, sawn wood brackets and turned spindled spandrels. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Recessed transom, projecting bay on south elevation supported by scrolled brackets. Reportedly designed by George F. Barber. (C)
