Eastlake. (c.1890). One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Side gable roof with projecting front gable, bargeboard with incised circular ornamentation, round sawn wood attic vent and asphalt shingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows. One story two-third front porch with turned wood columns, sawn wood brackets and turned spindle balustrade. Three corbelled brick chimneys, one interior offset with a chimney pot, one rear interior central and one front interior center with two chimney pots. Brick foundation. T-shaped plan. Three light sidelights and transom at front entry. (C)
