Hip roof with lower cross gables, imbricated rectangular and diamond shaped shingles in alternating rows in gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, Eastlake style bargeboard, cornice returns, and arched attic window in front gable. One over one replacement windows. One story two-thirds front porch with round turned wood columns with Doric capitals and square bases, replacement aluminum balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay on south elevation. Transom at front entry. (C)
