Queen Anne with Italianate influence, (c. 1890). Two story two bay brick row house with flat roof, corbelling below projecting metal cornice. One over one double hung windows and Queen Anne over one second story window above each front entrance. Cornice with entablature above each window and forming beltcourse in bay. Two front porches each one story one-half with shed roof, chamfered wood columns and square bases, sawn wood segmental arched spandrels with pierced details between columns. One story rear porch with lattice walls on each unit. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Two story projecting bay on front elevation of each unit. Entablature with cornice above each front entry. (C)
