This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a charming Sea Pines home with an excellent location. If you are a beach lover but don't want to spend the dollars to be oceanfront, this is your vacation home. The Sea Pines Beach Club, with a tiki hut, restrooms, food service and even a playground is right across the street. Next door is the Sea Pines Ocean Golf Course and the Sea Pines Sea Marsh Golf Course also providing dining services. And, if your family loves biking, there are miles of trails in Sea Pines.

With a signature Sea Pines floor plan, this home is one story and looks out over the golf course and a lagoon. Two back decks with a gas grill and a table and chairs is the perfect spot for gathering together after a wonderful day at the beach. Have a late afternoon beverage while grilling dinner or watch some golfers teeing off.

The large living area with hardwood floors is a combination of the living room and a bright sunroom. With exposed overhead beams, a decorative brick fireplace, and built-in bookcases, you will feel right at home. There is a flat screen TV, DVD Player and stereo and 3 sofas amongst the many seating areas and the décor is in deep salmons, greens, and tans.
