This spectacular 4BR/4.5 BA, three-story home with views of the ocean and marshes shouts Tuscany from the moment you open the front door. The saturnia stone floors, wrought iron balustrade, and beautiful cherry stairs create quite the Italian villa ambiance. The floor plan for this luxurious home has three bedrooms on the first floor, a formal living room, dining area, kitchen and family room are on the second floor, and the entire third floor is devoted to the master suite. High ceilings, granite countertops and beautiful saturnia stone floors, elevator and exquisite decor contribute to the rich ambiance of this home.



The first floor offers three bedrooms. A beautiful queen Victorian bedroom with a TV and private bath with a shower is the first bedroom on the left. The second queen bedroom, decorated in golds and chocolates, has a private bath with shower and armoire with TV. The third bedroom has a king and is handsomely furnished with a large flat screen TV, desk, and leather settee. It's private bath has a makeup table, walk-in shower, and spa tub.



The entire second floor has a beautifully decorated living area with a leather sofa, black and white animal print chairs and table, Oriental rug, and a large cabinet with china on display. The adjacent dining area has a large table that seats 8 and another cabinet with a display of crystal. Across the entire length of the living and dining area are windows and French doors providing inspiring vast views of the salt marsh, as well as a limited view of the ocean. Off the dining area the French doors open out onto a balcony with a double chaise lounge chair and gas grill.



The gourmet kitchen is stunning for here you'll find a large granite topped island with 3 breakfast bar stools, beautiful dark wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances including a six-gas burner Jenn-Air range. Additionally, off the kitchen area, is a sitting area with a leather sectional sofa and an entertainment cabinet with a huge TV/DVD/VCR and a half bath.



The third floor is entirely devoted to the master bedroom and master bath. In addition to the blue and chocolate king bedding and decor, there is a TV and a sitting area with a desk and chair. A grand balcony overlooks the salt marsh and a view of the ocean is furnished with 2 chaise lounge chairs for private morning coffee or your favorite afternoon beverage. The master bath is, simply stated, "opulent". In addition to a large spa tub designed to be filled to the top like an infinity pool, there is an incredible atrium skylight centered over the spa tub. Also, a large shower offers a rain and body shower faucets.



There are two very portable twin beds with collapsible frame and electronic inflation producing a wonderfully firm mattress.. Their portability allows them to be used whereever sapce allows throughout this exquisite home. There are also laundry facilities on the first and third floors.



Outside, you have the choice of two pools. One pool is a private, in-ground pool with fountain, built beneath the first floor surrounded on two sides by stone balusters. The larger community pool is sunny, and located directly across the street from the home. The beach is just steps away so you have a multitude of choices in water and relaxation.
