Queen Anne Cottage, (c. 1900). One and one-half story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with front and rear offset gables and front dormer, asphalt shingle roof covering and imbricated shingles in front gable. One over one double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch with hip roof, turned wood columns with sawn wood brackets, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Two brick ulterior offset chimneys, one rear exterior brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Projecting bay on front elevation. (C) (c. 1900). One story frame outbuilding with front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, weatherboard wall covering and multi-paned window. (C)
