Neoclassical with Bungalow influence, (c.1905). One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped front dormer, asphalt shingle roof covering, and imbricated wood shingled wall covering on dormer. Double hung windows with six light Prairie style upper sashes and one light lower sashes. One story two-thirds front porch with paired and tripled round wood posts with Doric capitals on brick piers, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Original front entry door with transoms and sidelights. (C)
