Wendy writes "We'll put each letter of the word IMPEACH on it's own large, wooden "round" piece of plywood; then put each "round" on it's own stake in the ground, lined up to spell IMPEACH. Attach balloons and ribbons. 809 Russell St., Laramie. Noon - 4 pm. Looking for 3-5 volunteers to help with making stakes from scrap 2x4s; painting the letters on the wooden rounds; pounding them into the ground in 3 or 4 pre-selected locations; getting red, white, and blue balloons and ribbons donated; filling them with helium.
