A number of MIIS students are organizing an “Impeach at the Beach” Spell It Out! action on April 28 in solidarity with the nationwide A28 event. We need help spelling the word “IMPEACH” out of kelp found on Del Monte Beach (ideally, we’ll spell it out with people if we get enough attendance). We’re currently lacking an airplane to photograph our action, though we’d be interested in coordinating with someone in the area who owns a plane/helicopter (Ted Turner? anyone?). We’ll be hosting a pot luck beach barbeque. All are encouraged to attend. Location: Del Monte beach near the volleyball courts. Hours: 2:00 - sunset, (we’ll be taking our photograph at 3:15). Looking for people to help collect kelp on Del Monte Beach to spell out "IMPEACH", or (if enough attendance) to spell out "IMPEACH" with people. Contact: jeff.condit@miis.edu.
