We are a small group of employees from a local NGO that does international education projects. Since Thomas Jefferson St. is on an incline we've built a treadle pump (to inform park-goers about the importance of low cost irrigation in the developing world) whose output will fill a water feature that connects with a relaxing kiddy pool at the bottom of our park. We will also have sod, seating, and plants.
