Ann Arbor Hills neighborhood  is an impressive, family-friendly neighborhood located on Ann Arbor's east side. Consisting of many smaller plated subdivision, Ann Arbor Hills is generally defined as bounded  by the Huron River and Geddes Avenue to the north and the Washtenaw Avenue/E. Stadium Boulevard intersection to the south. Ann Arbor Hills is conveniently situated less than two miles from the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor.
Built between the 1920s to present day, the homes in Ann Arbor Hills include a diverse variety of traditional and contemporary styles. Architecture lovers will covet the mid-century modern homes designed by University of Michigan architecture professors and their colleagues, while others will enjoy sturdy, classic models in their original form. While many of the properties were remodeled or completely reconstructed throughout the years, the neighborhood's beautiful lots and soaring trees remain preserved.
