Irish stick (or Bataireacht). Maxime teaches the Antrim school of stick fighting, a traditionnal Irish martial art centered around the handling of the shillelagh or bata. This is a living style (Sean Nos) learned first hand from travels.

Max has brought much attention to this little known Martial Art through his writings of his travels throughout Ireland. This is an important Western martial art that deserves to take its rightful place among the other Occidental Martial Arts of Europe
