This is the University in "University Place". The original platting of the area as a community was part of a plan to site Puget Sound University as part of it. University Land Company undertook the development, but many who bought lots defaulted in the economic depression of the 1890s. Almost 600 acres of the land was sold in 1901 after it was forfeited for nonpayment of taxes and the University was eventually built elsewhere.
The rendering is in City Hall, down on the left of the main door twenty feet down the hall on the left wall.
