Armed robbery, Aplin Street

Detectives have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with investigations into an armed robbery at an Aplin Street convenience store around 3.00am Saturday. Police believe that a man entered the store and attempted to steal property, when he was confronted by a store employee the man threatened to hit the employee with a bottle. When the employee attempted to prevent the man from leaving he threw the bottle at the shop door causing it to smash. The man is described as a Caucasian male, 155cm tall, proportionate build with dark brown hair.
