Irwin Drive to the Ashgrove Lane cut-through is an important alternative entrance/exit to Tyson's corner from those coming from the south along Old Courthouse Road - and who wish to avoid the dangerous curve on Old Courthouse before it intersects with Gosnell. To be a truly valuable route, signage is needed and additional facilities added to Tyco Rd, Spring Hill Rd, and Greensboro Dr.
