Noisy, Crowded, Smokey, Peanut Shells on the floor, but the burgers are tremendous. This small tavern parked on the water in Rumson, NJ has a faithful following. Everytime I have been there, there is a wait. And the wait is worth it. You will find traditional American fare with plenty of adult beverages. If you brng the kids, you can take them out on the nearby dock which overlooks the Oceanic Bridge over the Shrewsbury River.
