Bates and Boulevard Intersection

Significantly dangerous intersection for peds and bikes. Crosswalks/sidewalks are not well maintained, there are no pedestrian signals, and cars seem oblivious to bikes and peds in general. Yet, Bates still serves as a vital corridor for bike/peds between Oakland and South Side via the Hot Metal Bridge.
