Fans of this "bright", "fruity and fun" toiletries chain that's known for "a big variety of scents and bodywashes" that's "inexpensive" and "makes you feel like a kid again" are also pleased at the company's image upgrade, which includes a treatment line from Manhattan celeb dermatologist Dr. Patricia Wexler and the "brilliant addition of Bigelow and Bendel products"; still, cynics sniff the stores' "sickly sweet smell" "overwhelms your olfactory sences" and their cookie-cutter shelves "make them feel like a mall".
