Beltway crossing at Scotts Crossing

Single most critical transportation facility to Tysons Corner. Should have been completed prior to HOT or Metrorail construction to provide a reliever and detour to Route 123 underpass. Vital to a viable circulator bus route, essential to pedestrian and bicycle crossing. This crossing would open up Tysons inside the beltway via Jones Branch Drive. Maybe 3-lane left turn from Tysons Blvd onto Rt. 123 no longer needed.
