Where the family of Franz and Regina Green Berles lived and operated their grocery store. Regina's father John Green was listed as a partner of Franz Berles in 1867. William and Elizabeth Berles Drueke lived here from 1883 to 1885. Charles and Josephine Berles Drueke lived from 1887 to 1897. Franz was a founder of St. Mary's Church in 1857, the first secretary of church committee, and founder and first president of St. Joseph's Mutual Aid Society.
