Bicycle stolen from youth, Woree

Police are investigating the theft of a bicycle from a youth at Calanna Park, Woree about 1.50 yesterday afternoon. The youth was riding with friends when he was approached by another boy aged about 14. The boy pushed the victim off his bike before stealing the bicycle and riding towards Gerard Street. The boy is described as male of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, with a medium build and brown hair. He was wearing a red Nike t-shirt and black knee length shorts. The bicycle stolen was a green ABD 360 BMX bike with white hand grips.
