To help those in desperate situations, the Big Foot FFA grant was used to educate the local community on the people in Northern Uganda. Members held workshops on the plight in Northern Uganda, but also tied it to local efforts to reduce hunger and homelessness. FFA members also created community teams to follow-up on local efforts to reduce global poverty.
