The Big Spring FFA created an agriculture mentoring and orientation program to reduce the dropout rate in their school system. FFA members developed hands on activities for elementary students to engage students for one night a week over four weeks. In addition, the members partnered with the elementary students and met with them once a month over the course of a year.
