Bloomington Service Road pothole

I wouldn't call this just a pot-hole, it is more of a collapse. I think the road might be called West 78th Street, or Highwood. Heading East on the service road to 494 (on the south side of 494), you can take a shortcut to turn south on 169, or cross 169 onto Highwood. One has the option of going straight & getting in line with traffic exiting off of 494 to 169, or you can take a right & continue on West 78th (or Highwood, I'm not sure of the name). As soon as you take a right, there is a huge pothole which must be avoided, getting into the opposite lane is the easiest option. I think the "pothole" is technically on West 78th, and the road becomes Highwood to the East of 169. I'm not sure if this is an Eden Prairie or West Bloomington location, it is right on the border...
