Boy charged over numerous offences, Cairns

Detectives from the Cairns Child Protection and investigation Unit yesterday charged a 12-year-old Westcourt boy following ongoing investigations into property offences throughout Cairns. He was charged with a total of nine offences including burglary, entering a dwelling with intent, stealing and willful damage. He will be dealt with in accordance with the Youth Justice Act 1992.
