Detectives are investigating a break and enter offence that occurred at a McLeod Street unit sometime between midnight on Sunday and midday on Monday. It is believed that thieves scaled a balcony and accessed an open window to enter the apartment. Once inside the unit the offenders located keys to the victim’s four-wheel drive vehicle and removed it from the car park area of the complex. The vehicle is described as being a white 2007 Toyota Prado station wagon and when stolen was bearing Queensland registration 846-KCC.
