Police have charged a 35-year-old Whiterock man with two counts of break and enter and one of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. It is alleged the man broke into a Lyons Street off-road accessories business last night. Officers allegedly saw the man inside the business around 9pm and arrested him after a short foot pursuit. He was also charged in relation to an alleged break-in of a Whiterock unit in January and the alleged theft of a motor vehicle. The man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on March 3.
