Cairns police are investigating a burglary offence that occurred in Earlville in the early hours of Sunday morning. Thieves gained entry to the Ishmael Road residence about 2.30am and stole a handbag and a set of car keys. The offenders then stole a 2007 Toyota Corolla sedan from the residence. The vehicle is white in colour and when stolen was bearing Queensland registration 244-KIE. The suspect is described as being a male of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance.
